Tina Dawn is a registered nurse, certified self-defense instructor, 5th degree blackbelt, and co-founder of LifeForce Self-Defense.
After experiencing stalking herself, she made it her mission to teach women the real-world skills most of us were never taught. She’s known for creating classes that are dynamic, eye-opening, and surprisingly fun — a space where women feel both empowered and supported.

Joe Martarano is a 5th-degree black belt, owner of The Self Defense Training Center in Kingston, NY, and a veteran instructor with over 25 years of global teaching experience.
Joe specializes in teaching men, women, & families from every walk of life usable skills that work under real pressure. He has trained everyone from military professionals to complete beginners, and is deeply committed to helping women tap into their natural power — helping students feel both confident and cared for in class.
